      • 2 halves per guest​

        • Creamy paprika, jerk, ​

        • Bacon, seafood topped at additional cost

        • Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, lime squeeze and dressing

    • Charcuterie board 

      • Prosciutto, pepperoni, cheese, butter crackers, pretzels

    • Bruschetta upgrade 

      • Tomato, basil, garlic oil served in a jar w/ a baguette

    • Balsamic skewer upgrade 

      • Seasonal fruit, mozzarella, basil, prosciutto skewer drizzled w/ balsami

    • Ceviche jar upgrade

      • Shrimp ceviche served with fresh pico de gallo either spicy or mild w/ tostadas shells

    • Seven layer dip upgrade 

      • Refried beans, salsa, nacho cheese, avocado, sour cream, green onions, and olives served w/ tortilla chips
